To All Our Valued BC Section Advertisers and Dinner Sponsors,
We are pleased to announce that, starting with this September's edition, we are changing our flyer design. Our new format, that of an 11" x 17" sheet folded into an 8.5" x 11" tabloid will give you an easy-to-read 'booklet' style flyer, with information on the front and back about the Section and upcoming events and speakers. The ads will all be inside on one page, along with the monthly dinner announcement, instead of distributed on two sides.
The best part is that we will be designing this in pdf format ourselves, which means we will have complete control of our flyer and total flexibility to make changes to your ad from month to month at very little cost to you! New company logo? Different address? Just give us the information, and we'll make the changes by the next month's flyer. It's as simple as that…
Your continued sponsorship and advertisements are an important part of providing available and essential resources for our industry in our monthly bulletin. Advertising will be gratefully accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Dinner sponsorship rates at $250 for 7 paid dinners (1 per month for 7 months) plus two seats at the Clubhouse buffet and races in December at Fraser Downs will remain unchanged.
