Pat Newhouse is a CSA W178.2 Level III certified welding inspector. She is a BC-trained Journeyman Steel Fabricator, and has a BC Instructor's Diploma. Pat has taught her trade at both Kwantlen and BCIT, and other work experience includes many years as a fabricator with Canron, as well as various jobs drafting and estimating for pressure vessel companies, and certifying companies for the CWB. Pat has a number of other trades-related qualifications such as her AWS QC1 CWI Certification, and her NACE Coating Inspector Level I, and is currently employed as an Inspector by the Engineering Quality Assurance department at BC Hydro.
